Fast and economical, the ChemInstruments Rolling Ball Tack tester provides an easy method of testing the tack of an adhesive. It quantifies the ability of an adhesive to quickly adhere to another surface. The Rolling Ball Tack tester meets the standards set by the Pressure Sensitive Tape Council (PSTC-6) and ASTM (ASTM D3121) for tack testing a pressure sensitive adhesive.
ChemInstruments 的 RBT-100 Rolling Ball Tack Tester，是依據(jù)PSTC-6和ASTM D-3161的規(guī)范而設(shè)計(jì)，專門用來測(cè)量膠帶的 Tack的儀器。
rolling ball tack的測(cè)量可以用便宜又快速的方法，將膠帶的tack量化，以模擬膠帶黏到另一表面的力量。
膠帶樣品尺寸：2吋 × 15吋 (5cm × 38 cm)
使用7/16"直徑的鋼球；
將試驗(yàn)臺(tái)溝內(nèi)及鋼球用正己烷或甲醇擦乾凈。
戴手套，清潔好了之後，手就不要再觸摸到試驗(yàn)溝及鋼球。
把試驗(yàn)臺(tái)放水平。
把膠帶膠面向上，對(duì)準(zhǔn)試驗(yàn)臺(tái)成一直線。
試驗(yàn)臺(tái)壓著膠帶的一端，另一端也要用膠帶或重量把試片拉平固定。
用無塵布抓起鋼球放到試驗(yàn)臺(tái)斜坡溝內(nèi)的起點(diǎn)處。
按下釋放桿，讓鋼球滾下，用直尺量測(cè)鋼球停止位置距離斜臺(tái)的距離。
